“Pros: Usually rent here is affordable Cons: The old people that live here harass POC in the building. They are racist and will torture you by banging in your door at night and threatening you in the hallways. Property management does nothing- look up First Service Residential on yelp, you’ll see. Advice to landlord: Investigate your racist and xenophobic board.”
