All 3 tenant reviews.

“Pros: The building is quiet and safe, for the most part. Cons: The management team is TERRIBLE!!! You cannot get a hold of anybody!!! Advice to landlord: REPLACE DONNA, this is NOT the job for her. She absolutely hates the tenants and it shows in every interaction. She is rude, and every word she speaks drips with disdain.”

“Pros: Huge apartments and great closet space Cons: Filthy and outdated. Verga rather wait until a pipe explodes than fix anything”

“Pros: Ocean parkway is nice Cons: Old pipes water leaks and quick fixes”
