“Pros: Building is very clean and quiet, and the in unit amenities (including washer dryer/dishwasher) are really great for the price. Cons: The apartment wasn't cleaned well when I moved in, and there was some rust around the drain in the bathtub. Otherwise, not much else to complain about for a pre-war renovated unit.”

“Pros: Never seen a mouse or a roach in my 3.5 years here, good-tasting tap water, good garbage management, really quiet neighbors. I’ve outgrown this apartment, so I have to move. But I’m lucky that my time here was stress-free. Cons: The stairs are a bit dusty and the building’s appearance is not maintained very well, but this doesn’t matter much to me because I’ve always felt safe and clean living here. Advice to landlord: I don’t have any advice!”
