“Pros: Staff if good, long tenured and friendly. Proactive in fixing issues, cleaning laundry and trash shoots, etc. Cons: Next to fire station, though they do not use the siren unless there’s traffic (so not at night, only during day) Advice to landlord: It’s a solid building and great location for transportation, the park, restaurants and coffee shops”
