“Pros: I love the homey feel of the complex, the nice security guards, walking up to a nice landscaped walkway. Packages are easy, laundry in building, small but useful gym, bike storage. It has everything! Cons: The management can be slow to respond and may need multiple reminders Advice to landlord: Management needs more staff”

“Unit 12B Pros: Location is really nice. Relatively nicely priced. Cons: Building is old, no in unit laundry but I would rent again”

“Great staff, super friendly coop. Clean, safe, lovely grounds, convenient to subways. Parking available. Nothing special, 1950s design. But otherwise, we love it here.”

“This building is quite nice. The people ar nice and security is great but prepare not to get heat! Since the buiding management changed, you will freeze your A*! off before you get heat in the winter. It isn't turned on til near Christmas so beware. If you like cold or hav heaters, you will be just fine. You have to buy a parking space.”
