“Pros: the apartment was beautifully renovated Cons: literally everything else. the landlord tried to scam us out of half the security deposit to repaint the walls, which is normal wear-and-tear after almost 3 years in the apartment, and replace the brand new oven that had nothing wrong with it. will try to find ANYTHING to keep as much money as possible. Advice to landlord: don’t be a slumlord.”
