— 203 UNDERHILL AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Good size apartment for the price Cons: Can hear everything in the hallways even with door closed. Saw 1-2 roaches a month in the apartment.”
— 203 UNDERHILL AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Has rent stabilized units Cons: Most units are being rented out for 3000+ due to the gentrification of the neighborhood”
— 500 WASHINGTON AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 6B Pros: Incredible location, good sized rooms, lots of sun. Great neighbors Cons: Wound up having to do most of my own pest control”
— 203 UNDERHILL AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Rent is cheaper in comparison to others in the neighborhood. Apartments are also spacious. Laundry room. Cons: Older units need many repairs, pests are everywhere: roaches and mice. Dryers in laundry room have been out of order for going on 2 months. Some tenants are lazy and will leave their trash in the hallways for custodial team to bring downstairs. It’s unsightly and disrespectful to the custodians and other tenants. Advice to landlord: Work to fix every unit, not only the newly renovated ones. Make notice of recyclables above trash bins. Post notice to not leave trash in hallways.”
