“Unit 6a Pros: Nice tenants. Great neighborhood. Cons: Landlord is aggressive and has wild parties almost every weekend. The lobby door is broken and homeless people have taken over the building. Mold and filth everywhere. Advice to landlord: aggressive, lazy, cheap.”
