“Pros: Convenient location in Midtown Cons: Landlord turned my apartment into commercial space. It’s a bit loud since it’s close to a hospital”

“Pros: The building is in a great spot with an elevator! Cons: We have a lot of mice and very bad responses from the landlord. All building gets very hot in the winter. Advice to landlord: Pest control, update building security, update amenities (new appliances).”

Apartment was always clean Location is not great, a lot of homeless people sleep outside. Homeless woman was set up in the building’s stairwell once Many packages stolen from lobby area Advice to landlord: Be more transparent and easier to contact”
