“Pros: The super is responsive to requests and things are usually fixed quickly. This is also colored by the fact that I lived in this building with a previous owner that was negligent and barely answered my calls, and an absent super. Cons: The building is old so there are a lot of plumbing issues. They're mostly addressed but it can be a recurring problem because they're not fully fixed most of the time. The super also won't use the compost bin, which might be more about people in the building who just throw trash in it, but the super hasn't made it available for anyone.”
