“Pros: Location, free laundry, helpful super, nice finishes Cons: Hot water can be hit or miss, water pressure can be weak, and the trash from the restaurant downstairs can get nasty at times. Advice to landlord: Add more hot water heaters or a boiler instead of small tanks.”
