“Pros: Amazing views of the water and very spacious apartments, generally fast maintenance response Cons: Mostly loved it. Sometimes some slow responses from housing office about logistics”

“Pros: Everything was alright, not too expensive Cons: One of the toilets leaked to the floor below and it took three visits and evidence to get maintenance to fix it the right way. Also there will be roaches. Advice to landlord: Get maintenance who believe the tenants.”
