“Pros: Private elevator is nice. Cons: Management needs training. Pest control is subpar and sporadic. Wall units means high electricity. The broker lied about management and the heating units. Takes too long to get anything maintained or fixed. Gaslighting happens about issues. Advice to landlord: See above.”
