“Pros: Great appliances, good commute to the ML and J trains, back patio access, well maintained, heat is controllable, washer/dryer in unit, no pests inside apartment, rear building is tucked away and quiet Cons: Good amount of rats on this street (not too much of a problem since they don’t get inside), washer and dryer do not vent outside so it does cause concerns Advice to landlord: Owner is solid, just vent the dryer to the outside”
