“Unit 3R Pros: Great location, the rooms are pretty comfortable, good closets Cons: Had difficulty with pests including roaches, the hallways are super dark and dirty. There was no fire extinguisher. The management takes a while to get back to you. Advice to landlord: Please be more prompt in getting back to tenants.”

“Unit 3R Pros: Right in the heart of Williamsburg, close to the L, J, M, Z trains. Great food and bars nearby Cons: It's SO loud. It's above a restaurant (Layla) and whenever there are people on the outdoor patio you can hear every word. Terrible if you're trying to have a quiet night in. Both bedrooms overlook the patio. Advice to landlord: Get noise cancelling windows”
