“Pros: Wonderful building super who is very responsive and accommodating if you are a cooperative tenant. Clean and well maintained building. Cons: Occasional issues with heat, water, noisy neighbors, and package theft. Application process was lengthy because it’s an income restricted property, but rent is below market value and worth it. Advice to landlord: None”
