“Pros: close to transportation (east and west side train - both express stops), close to major highways Cons: Building is extremely filthy. MAJOR pest problem. Management is nonexistent - will not answer emails or phone calls. A lot of problematic neighbors that steals packages. Super doesn't speak fluent english and will schedule maintenance visits and never show up. Front door to the building is never locked. Lots of crackheads loitering outside. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and proactive inside the building.”
