“Pros: The building is clean, quiet, and nice. We had very few problems while we lived there. They also recently put in a new laundry room with awesome machines! Cons: The super can be difficult to converse with sometimes. He would always answer the phone, and we had very few problems to begin with, but sometimes he would be difficult to work with. We also saw mice a few times, but never caught anything. Advice to landlord: The super used to have a cat which I think helped with mice, that was really the only major issue with our apartment”
