“Pros: Very clean hallways, no bugs, quiet most of the time, great water pressure. Cons: Sometimes it can take management a couple days to respond but once they do things are fixed in a matter of days or weeks but at least they are fixed. Advice to landlord: Need to at least answer and return calls a lot sooner.”
