“Pros: Price price price. In this location for this price I’m willing to put up with a lot and for a NYC apt it’s really not much. Landlord lives downstairs and has always been polite and friendly if we have any issues Cons: A little worse for wear. Mouse (no not rats) issue. And we have to handle garbage ourselves which for the price is worth it. A big con is that we have to move! We will miss this place! Advice to landlord: None landlord is renovating entire building for family so will have no more tenants.”
