“Pros: really sweet neighbors Cons: piece of shit landlord we almost all died in a fire started by an electric box fire in the basement due to an incredulous amount of cheap wiring and shitty installation throughout. Advice to landlord: learn how to be a decent landlord instead of always going the cheapest route. good luck in court”
