“Pros: Roof Top access Small building so less neighbors. Cons: Hallway a little dusty. The noise from the street most evenings. Advice to landlord: Nothing really.”

“Pros: new appliances, washer dryer in apt, big windows, tall ceilings Cons: Packages stolen on the daily since front entrance door is fully glass and when told to management they did not do anything, Peep hole missing from apt entrance and was never fixed in the 2 years we lived there even though it was mentioned upon moving in, neighbors were crazy rude and entitled, maintenance tickets always took some time to be resolved.”
