“Pros: Great neighbors and close to train Cons: My ceiling and windows leak constantly Advice to landlord: Fix the roof and replace windows”

“Pros: Decent place for the price. Cons: Way too hard to get repairs done, even when pressing things like leaks. Tiny kitchen w no vent over stove. Broken front door. Owner delinda doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't do email. Unclear how to pay rent. Slow to cash checks. Advice to landlord: Fix the place up, it could be worth way more rent.”
