— 109 WEST 106 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The neighbors and neighborhood <3 Cons: Gas was broken for 5 months, no compensation, almost no information on the timeline to fix it. Most disrespectful landlord and building staff I have ever encountered, super does not do anything to my knowledge.”

— 109 WEST 106 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 1A Pros: Nice courtyard Good location Good neighbors Cons: Trash is not inside the building A bit outdated”
— 230 WEST 16 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Amazing location near Central Park Cons: Management seems to lack basic communication skills. The elevator has been broken for 2+ months and have not sent any form of communication to tenants to explain the situation, apologize for inconvenience and offer a compensation. It took a letter signed and sent by all tenants (SENT TWICE), and several tenants withholding rent to get the landlord to reach out. The elevator will be down until mid 2023 and they are only offering a small amount of rent decrease until the project is done. They have had no respect for tenants complaints and concerns. Superintendent rude. Gaslights tenants when they share a concern about the building. When there are leaks or messes he says it’s not big deal and not a true concern. Hallways get dirty and they don’t come to clean often Packages get stolen left and right. Management refuses to put in a camera. Advice to landlord: Improve communication with tenants and provide more compensation when the building fails to meet basic needs. There are older tenants in the building that have been injuring their bodies taking several flights of steps and tenants have been forced to pay external services to carry large items up steps. This is pure disrespect and inconsideration. He should be ashamed.”
