“Unit 3 Pros: -Quiet building with 5 units- one apartment per floor -Super takes care of interior and exterior of property -Coin Operated Washer and Dryer machine for all tenants to use -Backyard open for all tenants to use. -Landlord is nice and takes care of issues with the apartments. Cons: Several blocks to walk to the subway stations but they are both on 125th street. Advice to landlord: Pleasant to deal with and keep up the great work!”
