“Pros: Quiet , and clean building Cons: The units don’t offer free heat or free hot water. Each unit has an electrical heater for temperature and water. It gets expensive in colder months. The units also doesn’t have any vents for the bathroom and kitchen. Advice to landlord: Offer free heat and hot water”
