“Pros: Great location. Walkable to almost everything. The apartments living spaces are pretty big Cons: Always smelled like Chinese food. The restaurant has a loud exhaust system which you can hear but our place always smelled like we had cooked the food ourselves. We also didn’t get our full security deposit back. That’s never happened to me because I leave my spaces spotless. Word of advise; do a walk though before you move out so he can tell you want needs to be done to get your deposit back. Advice to landlord: Address the restaurant smell and the heat. It was very hot!”

“Pros: Zero nothing Really ! Cons: Con artist Dishonest Is out to screw you o we if he can trust me when I say this Acts like he’s a nice guy honest But really is opposite Stay away ! Stay away ! Advice to landlord: Does word honest mean anything to you ? No heat Water pressure bad Nice and cockroaches Noisy Bldg”

“Pros: Nothing good to say Is a LIAR Deceiver Cons: Owner is worst Abusive Hostile Dishonest Shady Argumentative Kept security deposit Says one thing then does the opposite in his favor to benefit him Tells ppl to leave then once they do he files to evict them without their knowledge ! Outrageous If I could give negative marks I would BTW I’m told he’s breaking Federal and State laws w immigration and taxes He illegally employs illegal immigrants with no paperwork He has contempt for the laws of this state and this country Advice to landlord: Get out of business Retire You’re a criminal !”
