“Pros: The staff is nice and responsive. Will help you if you ask. Building is fine, most neighbors are friendly. Clean. Very family / quiet building. Cons: There are a few very caustic neighbors that you don’t want to live next to or end up with in an elevator. Advice to landlord: Take the neighbor complaints seriously.”
