“Pros: There are no Pros. Cons: Some tenants are the worst of the worst. They use the hallways as storage for garbage and furniture. Advice to landlord: Have respect for your tenants, return calls and emails quickly. Stop putting band aids on repairs, spend the money to correct the problems. Hire experienced supers and pay them accordingly.”
