“Pros: Clean, pest free, good super, nice neighbors Cons: Some neighbors treat it like a dorm and don’t put their garbage all the way away in cans”
— 208 THOMPSON STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Lived here for ten years. Best super you could ever hope to have. Some noise, but manageable. Trash was handled well despite it being such a large building. Beautifully decorated over the holidays! Cons: Front door to building was occasionally left open for stretches of time. Totally understand maintenance has to happen, but the package thieves loved it. But I’m reaching here, it was a great building.”
— 208 THOMPSON STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The superintendent is incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. The building was well maintained and managed. Cons: I ended up moving out for other reasons, but a few months before moving there was a cockroach infestation that affected the 6th floor - this was shortly after COVID so may have been a result of tenants moving out or not living in their apartments for a long period of time.”
— 208 THOMPSON STREET · Manhattan“Unit 3CN Pros: Location. Price is still great considering everything in the are has skyrocketed. Cons: I did have a nice problem twice which is the reason I moved out Advice to landlord: None”
“Pros: The super was very responsive in handling issues Cons: Packages have gotten stolen, the building itself gets so hot during the summer”
— 208 THOMPSON STREET · Manhattan“Pros: amazing location by the park Cons: very loud and busy at night Advice to landlord: Vito is the best!”
— 208 THOMPSON STREET · Manhattan“Pros: It had a lot of space, it was a nice building, and it was in a great location. Cons: There was a roach infestation that the owners never dealt with. The AC broke and was not repaired. No hot water access.”
