“Pros: The location is very convenient. Cons: Bathtub always clogged. Poor garbage management. Super takes so long to answer to request. Landlords take their time replying to emails. Ample amounts of visible water damage on floors & walls. Not a tidy building. Mailboxes are janky. Advice to landlord: Beautify the place before raising the rent again.”

“Pros: Unique building. Spacious kitchen. Great location. Super for the building means well, but is often shut down by management. Cons: Unresponsive and aggressive management. Horrible bookkeeping. Mouse infestation not addressed in years of occupancy. Consistent plumbing issues leading to black mold that went unaddressed for months.”
