“Pros: Renovating apts w/ new appliances, facility workers are kind and keep building clean, spacious rooms and laundry in building Cons: The manager Yvette is unkind and manipulative, many tenants have had confrontation with her. Her lack of communication has led to family evictions. Advice to landlord: Hire mgmt that will treat tenants with dignity & respect.”

“Pros: Playground area for the residents. Laundry room. A lot of maintenance workers. Management office inside the building. Security guard 24/7. Parking lot for the residents. Cons: Too many leaks. Group of people standing out front of building smoking marijuana. People smoking cigarettes in the hallways. Advice to landlord: Security guards should make rounds around the hallways at least twice on their shift.”

“Very disgusting building. Let start with the corrupted management team which does nothing for tenants. We tenants give complaints about things that need to get done In the building and they simply ignore out petition. Theirs alot that needs to get done in this nasty infested building with roaches and mices.”
