“Pros: We’ve lived in three apartments in NYC over 10 years and this has been our favorite. The building is clean and well-run, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. Cons: No current complaints. Renters cannot access the bike room or parking, which is a bummer.”

“Unit 12M Pros: beautiful view of central park, responsive maintenance and kind super. expected issues with plumbing, staged renovations of common areas and exteriors, etc. Cons: paper thin walls -- you will hear every sneeze. condo board does not allow tenants to own pets (a prior neighbor was evicted when they adopted a dog).”
