“Unit 4c Pros: Well kept in the front. Front door is always fixed to make sure we are secure. Cons: Heat is on and off. Pipes is always backing up. Ceiling is caving in slowly. Management is late to respond to issues and give a very standoffish approach to making sure the building is up to date. Advice to landlord: Do a full building insepction.”
