“Unit 20th fl Pros: Staff are always cleaning. Lots of laundry machines. Nice outdoor terrace and children's playground. Management is responsive. The package valet is nice. Cons: It's all pretty good, honestly”

“Pros: Great, responsive and large staff. Well maintained areas, enough washer/dryers. Overall great place to live. Small perks like maintenance pick up Christmas trees really make life easier. Cons: Building is old, so some plumbing issues that require investment. Had a roach infestation but building sent exterminator many times until handled.”
