“Pros: Nice street, close to trains & restaurants. Very responsible super & good upkeep of the building. Spacious for the price that it was Cons: Neighbors have a 4-wheeler that they rode a lot! Apartment was great until the owner decided to “renovate” the bathroom while I was living there. Advice to landlord: Be transparent about future construction projects.”
