“Pros: Good amenities Apartment itself was very nice to live in. Cons: Certain rooms like the gym and study lounges can feel like a maze to find.”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Fairly well maintained, quiet and most of the front desk is nice and helpful Cons: The AC is loud”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The building is very clean and well managed. The super and management company are responsive. Cons: The walls are very thin between apartments. If you live next door to a quiet neighbor, great. If not, it’s very disruptive and why I’ll be moving.”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 514 Pros: It's very clean and quiet - mostly families in the building. The management is nice, and the building itself is well-maintained. Cons: The condo rules are ridiculous. You basically cannot use any of the amenity spaces with guests without having to pay $1,000 to "rent" the spaces. The neighborhood is also becoming dirtier, louder, and with an increased drug presence. Advice to landlord: Lower the costs of the amenities”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: A nice building with great amenities, great staff Cons: Thin walls, questionable designs for storage spaces, and if leasing from the management company, they're not very responsive”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great spacious units - massive rooms modern furnishings Cons: Super is horrible and building isn’t maintained well Advice to landlord: Get a new super”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Love the access to the neighborhood, also not too noisy as it’s between the avenues. Cons: The building layout is confusing for guests, but not a problem for tenants.”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean, spacious bedrooms Cons: the hallways are a mess Advice to landlord: n a n”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Central air, very nice doormen, clean Cons: Sometimes hard to track down maintenance”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 612 Pros: Nice layout, and amenities. Every worker in building is terrific. Super (Freddy) is great. Cons: Walls paper thin, can hear music and conversations in next apartment. Utility bills very high. GAIA management suck. Treat you like you're a squatter. Try to make you think you have no rights. Advice to landlord: Fire the people managing leases and owner service. Even building staff hate her.”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Building is clean, amenities are nice and staff are FANTASTIC! Cons: Unfortunately my unit is on a lower floor so it can be a little loud sometimes. However, that comes with the territory of living in Hell's Kitchen.”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Nicest part of Hells Kitchen and good food deck. Cons: Roof garden could be better maintained.”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Very clean and well managed New Daisy building managing system Cons: Neighbor buildings are sometimes too loud Cold in the winter times”
— 416 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean, great amenities, location Cons: Price, crowded gym, small kitchen”
