“Pros: This apartment complex is upkept incredibly well. It has an elevator, a fitness room, extra storage (you can pay for), a roof top access and central air in each unit. My specific unit also has a washer dryer and a dishwasher. The landlord is incredibly attentive. The small issues we have had he has fixed immediately. They decorate for holidays, there is a community chat and it truly is a wonderful place to live. Cons: There have been minor plumbing issues. These include a one time a leak from the ceiling. Another time the toilet made a really strange sound. These were both fixed by the landlord very quickly.”
