“Pros: The building is kept clean by the maintenance crew. Cons: Locks on outer doors consistently need to be serviced. Takes to long to get repairs done. Workers in the management office are rude. Building manager is absentee. Advice to landlord: Get a new building manager. Better vetting for management office employees.”
