“Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful super, excellent cleanliness, lovely details in apartment, great neighbors, access to laundry in basement Cons: Some inconsistency with weather the machines in the laundry room worked but a fairly minor quibble overall Advice to landlord: Thank you for making this one of the most pleasant rental experiences I've ever had!”
