“Pros: Affordable compared to city rents, very communal and supportive staff, and rooms are nice and clean Cons: Bathroom cleanliness can definitely range, but nothing a little scrubbing and shower shoes can’t solve!”

“Pros: Clean, friendly staff, easy access to Penn Station, and near everything! Cons: The noise is out of control since it's on 8th Ave and is close to Times Square. The building is old, so sometimes brown water will come out of the sink and shower, but the people working in the building are quick to fix it. Advice to landlord: Nothing, this property is run well.”
