“Pros: Staff are fantastic, especially the doormen, Robert and Anthony. Location is unbeatable. Fairly quiet, and never had any issues with other tenants: thick walls! Cons: Overzealous heating in winter and slow/finnicky elevators”

“Pros: Location, nice doormen Cons: AKAM managing agent and dismissive Bd. AKAM takes FOREVER to respond - so if owner wants to rent or do alterations, unless u r on the Bd, AKAM will ignore you! Advice to landlord: Get a new managing agent!”
