“Pros: Quite, great location Cons: The medical offices, strangers in the building at all hours”

“Pros: Friendly neighbors. Close to subways. Cons: Clanging pipes all day and all night long. Water pressure horrible. Management and landlord unresponsive!! Hi Advice to landlord: Left my 2 year lease after 6 weeks. That should say it all!”

“Pros: Close to train station Cons: Management company/landlord “Muss Development” is a mess, they don’t care about noise complaints, they only care about rent. Building manager is not helpful at all. Neighbors are noisy with lots of parties and music. Also you can smell weed every weekend”
