— 145 EAST 48 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 20F Pros: The building is clean, Bal and everyone that works in the building are amazing, kind and attentive. Pretty close to Grand Central and have the E train pretty close by as well. Beautiful views of the city, a pretty cool 70-80 vibe. Everything is well maintained and it has laundry in the building. No noise from the neighbors, the walls and floors are great! I miss this place. Cons: Its midtown but low key i regret moving out of the neighborhood because I don't think I'll get a better living/building experience.”
— 145 EAST 48 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Very well maintained doorman building. Hallways are always vacuumed and trash is taken out twice a day. Lobby is always attended and doormen are super friendly. Cons: The area is located near mostly office buildings and hotels. Very few restaurant and bar options compared to downtown.”
“Pros: Location close to work, great staff. Cesar, Erick, Primo are OGs Cons: Not really a neighborhood...commercial area”
— 145 EAST 48 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Soundproof walls and floors—never hear the neighbors, friendly and competent staff, well maintained and after 4 years still haven’t seen a single bug Cons: The location is surrounded by hotels and office buildings, not a residential neighborhood. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you’re doing”
