“Pros: Doormen are extremely friendly, maintenance requests are completed promptly, never had an issue with rodents or roaches. Very happy with my time here Cons: I haven’t had any issues living here”

“Unit n/a Pros: Cheap rent that was close by to work and great going out places Cons: The building had a certain smell to it, rats, mice, cockroaches. Neighbors were loud and the walls were thin.”

Cons: None really - would have been nice to be able to store bikes in the indoor storage room instead of outdoor small interior courtyard Advice to landlord: No advice necessarily to the property owner, don’t believe I ever met them”
