“Pros: Completely redid the entire unit and made it ours — painted entire unit (14 gallons) and scrubbed every inch. We had a lot of great memories from the 2+ years living there. Good location ! Cons: Needs a lot of repairs — neighbors were a bit much but mostly kind Advice to landlord: Invest some $$ in this great property”
