“Pros: Cannot beat location. Beautiful building. Lovely neighbors. This is 225, not 224 Cons: The President of the Board is a uniquely miserable human. His idea of cost savings is keeping the heat off. Almost every single apartment has a space heater. I have three. The management culture is stick it to the residents to seal their apartments up to the outside while they keep the heat off. Advice to landlord: The board president also refused to wear a mask during the Pandemic shutdown, in violation of NY state executive orders.”
