“Pros: The building is really secure. You have to scan a key fob to enter, or the security desk will buzz you in. Common spaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. There’s a lounge, a gym, several conference rooms and private work/study spaces, and a laundry room. There’s a printer you can use as well. The super, Erion, is so kind and helpful. And the guys at the desk are really kind as well. I loved living here so much. Pest control comes weekly to spray for anyone who requests it, particularly on the lower floors. Cons: I saw a rat in the basement once. That’s it. I still thought it was an incredible place to live.”
