“Unit 6B Pros: Elevator, friendly super, affordable Cons: Constant fear of roaches entering the apartment. Roaches in the basement and public areas Out of 20+ calls I’ve made to the management office, one has been answered Only the first floor is kept clean Miserable downstairs neighbor constantly banging on ceiling Regular package theft Advice to landlord: Answer your phone and hire an exterminator”
