“Unit 31 Pros: Water pressure is AMAZING. Best ever. Clean No package theft issues Cons: Gets a little hot, windows need to be opened in winter”

“Unit 33 Pros: Loved that the building is a condo and the landlord owned only our unit, so any issues were handled very quickly rather than going through the bureaucracy of a large management company. Beautiful tree lined street, gorgeous renovated lobby, and exposed brick in the units! Cons: People like to gather with friends and listen to music on the street outside, so it could sometimes get a little noisy on weekend evenings (nothing crazy). No laundry in building, and it’s an old building that traps heat easily so it’s fairly hot even with AC in the summer. Advice to landlord: Put a laundry room in the building and then it’ll be perfect!”
